Agreement to Terms

By using RedOak Pittsburg Landscaping services or visiting our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services We Provide

We offer professional landscaping services in Pittsburg, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree care, and more. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any scheduled appointment if we determine that the work conditions are unsafe, if payment issues arise, or if you violate these terms.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. The final price may change if we discover additional work is needed once we start the project. We will always discuss any price changes with you before continuing work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. After that time, we may need to update pricing to reflect current material and labor costs.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to a service fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

We may need to reschedule due to weather conditions or equipment issues. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new time.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or buried cables before we begin work. You should also remove any valuable items, outdoor furniture, or decorations from the work area.

You must provide access to water and electricity if needed for the project. You are also responsible for securing pets during our work hours.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If you experience any issues with our services within 30 days, contact us and we will make it right. This warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, improper maintenance, or issues outside our control.

Plant materials come with a 30-day guarantee. If a plant dies within this period due to defects, we will replace it at no charge. This does not cover plants that die from lack of watering or other maintenance issues.

Liability

We carry liability insurance and take every precaution to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked, pre-existing damage to your property, or damage caused by conditions we could not reasonably foresee.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
